This Cancellation Policy describes how orders placed on our platform can be canceled by the Customer, the Supplier, or by Vridhira, which operates under the umbrella of Vridhara Charitable Trust.
Our aim is to maintain transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction while balancing supplier commitments and logistics.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
1.1 When can the Customer cancel an order?
- Customers may cancel their order before the order is dispatched from the supplier’s warehouse.
- Once the order is marked “Shipped,” cancellation is not allowed. However, the customer may initiate a return request under our Return Policy.
- If customer cancel the order after shipment customer have to pay the shipping charges.
1.2 How can the Customer cancel an order?
- By visiting the “My Orders” section in their account.
- Selecting the order they wish to cancel.
- Clicking “Cancel Order” and choosing the cancellation reason from the available list.
1.3 Acceptable reasons for Customer Cancellation include:
- Order placed mistakenly or for testing.
- Multiple orders placed for the same product.
- Delivery time not acceptable.
- Customer wants to change shipping/billing address.
- Change of mind.
- Wants to modify payment method or contract details.
- Wants to change size, color, or product variation.
- For any other personal reason.
2. Cancellation by the Supplier
2.1 When can the Supplier cancel?
- The Supplier can only cancel an order within 1 day after the dispatch due date.
2.2 Acceptable reasons for Supplier Cancellation include:
- Product out of stock.
- Product permanently unavailable.
- Unexpected issues in logistics or inventory.
- Quality concerns identified before shipping.
- Supplier unable to fulfill due to regulatory restrictions, strikes, or natural causes.
- The supplier will suffer a security breech and their account balance a could fall
3. Cancellation by Vridhira
3.1 When can we cancel an order?
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage (before delivery) if required.
3.2 Reasons for Company Cancellation include:
- Delivery address not serviceable.
- Delivery unsuccessful and returned.
- Product lost or damaged during transit.
- Payment not confirmed (for prepaid orders).
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping/billing details.
- Supplier non-compliance with business standards.
- Regulatory restrictions or lockdowns.
- High-risk order (fraudulent activity suspected).
- Customer unresponsive to delivery confirmation.
- Cash-on-Delivery not available for selected order.
- Any other operational reason deemed appropriate.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Eligibility
- If the customer paid before cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment (Bank, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
- If there will be any problem we will connect you regarding refund
4.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are generally processed within:
- 3-15 Business Days → Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI.
- Up to 10 Business Days → Wallets or certain bank transfers.
4.3 Promotional Codes / Discounts
- If the order was placed using vouchers, coupons, or promotional offers, those will not be reinstated after cancellation.
- Coupons will be valid only per account
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed:
- Cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene products.
- Customized, perishable, or made-to-order products.
- Intimate wear, undergarments, or health-related items.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable digital products.
6. Special Conditions
- Bulk Orders / B2B Orders: May require prior approval for cancellation.
- Pre-Orders: Can only be canceled before the pre-order cut-off date.
- International Orders: Subject to customs clearance; cancellation rules may vary.
